Are you a favored customer or friends with a local, non-Giant Eagle grocer manager?

Acknowledging the competitive nature of the grocery store circuit and Giant Eagle’s sheer monopoly over the Pittsburgh area, VFA is interested in joining together with local Giant Eagle competitors to make it clear that sponsoring animal circuses is unacceptable.

We intend to canvas across local grocers in the Pittsburgh area to sign our pledge statements, agreeing to never sponsor or promote animal circuses. If you know a local non-Giant Eagle food store manager or you want to help out with this campaign strategy, email VFA to let us know and we can send you customizable files (to include manager contact and your name) of the letter and pledge statement. Show Giant Eagle that if they continue to support circus animal abuse, their customers have alternative grocers who are taking an ethical stance to not promote circus animal cruelty.
